Email address format

Staff email addresses usually take the form of firstname.lastname@ucd.ie

Student email address usually take the form of firstname.lastname@ucdconnect.ie

Variations can occur where the email address might already be in use, for example, firstname.lastname1@ucdconnect.ie

Accessing your email account

You can login to your email account from any Gmail entry point, just like with a private Gmail account, such as http://www.google.ie or http://mail.google.com.

You can also access any of your UCD services, including Gmail, through UCD Connect at http://www.ucd.ie/connect

Staff can enter their UCD username and password on this page to access their email account.

Students can enter their UCD username and password on this page to access their email account.
