Shared Drive Access

While many teams across the school make use of Novell Shared Drives, each team has it’s own shared, private section and you generally need to request access in order to use a specific section of the shared drive.

The request should be made to UCD IT Services via “ithelpdesk@ucd.ie“, CC’ing your line manager (or other authority who can “OK” your access). Be sure to provide the names and paths to the shared folders/drives you are trying to access along with your UCD username (rather than your email address).
