From January 14, updates for Windows 7 will no longer be issued, including security updates. Devices running Windows 7 will become particularly vulnerable to malicious software of many kinds as these systems are not being provided with updates against threats which are regularly found and then exploited quickly. Also, many third parties have already issued guidances advising they will no longer support any issues with their respective products on Windows 7 devices after January 14 2020.
